The College of Humanities consists
of two areas : Language-and-Literature and History.
The language-and-literature areas aims to contribute
to the development of the spiritual culture of mankind
by identifying its literary and linguistic essence
which transcends time and place, through research
on the main works of world' literature and linguistics.
The history area aims to establish a sound view
of history through study of the history of different
nations and to identify the mainspring and indicators
of the development of mankind in the present and
the future.
The newly established School of Culture and Information
includes a Cultural Resources Content major and
Broadcasting Speech major. The first will nurture
talented individuals equipped with a humanities-perspective
imagination and creative ability, while the latter
will produce individuals to lead the new media era
and the speech culture of the 21st century. |
