⦁ 지원마감일 : 2023년 11월 30일 ┃ Application deadline : November 30th, 2023

⦁ 입국 및 기숙사 입주 : 2024년 2월 중순(예정) ┃ Arrival & Move in date : Mid-February 2024

* 건강진단서의 경우 정해진 양식은 없지만, 아래의 항목을 포함하여야 합니다. ┃ We do not have a fixed health examination form. However, the form has to include the below-stated items:

1) 키, 체중, 시력, 청력, 혈액형 ┃ height, weight, eye vision, hearing, blood type 2) 흉부 엑스레이 결과(이상소견) ┃ chest X-ray result (any abnormal results) 3) 건강 전반에 대한 의사 소견 ┃ Clinician's opinion on your general health status 4) 본인 작성(병력, 알레르기 또는 기타 건강 이상) ┃ Self check-up (medical history, allergy or other health-related matters) 5) 병원 이름과 의사 서명/도장 ┃ Name of medical clinic and clinician’s signature/stamp 6) 백신접종증명서 ┃ Proof of Vaccination 7) B형간염 감염 여부┃Proof that student is NOT infected Hepatitis B virus
