This is International Affairs and Services Team of Sungshin Women’s University.

It is a great pleasure of mine to welcome all our new and transfer students, as well as exchange students, who have joined us for the 2025 academic year.

If you have entered Korea using the Certificate of admission for 2025 to obtain your student visa, please be aware that the visa is valid for a single entry only.

If you depart Korea before receiving your Alien Registration Card, you will not be able to re-enter Korea using that student visa.

The Certificate of Admission provided by the university is a document that permits a single visa issuance, and we are unable to issue an additional one.

Therefore, international students who have entered Korea using the Certificate of Admission for the 2025 academic year are strongly advised to apply for their Alien Registration Card as soon as possible. Under no circumstances should you leave Korea before the issuance of the Alien Registration Card.

If it is absolutely necessary to leave, please make sure to consult with the International Affairs and Services Team.

If you depart Korea before receiving your Alien Registration Card and fail to secure the necessary visa for your studies, your admission for the 2025 spring semester may be canceled.

2025학년도 새롭게 입학한 신편입생, 교환학생 등 국제학생 여러분을 짐심으로 환영합니다.

이번 2025년 성신여자대학교 표준입학허가서를 사용하여 본국에서 학생비자를 받고 입국했다면 비자는 1회용입니다. 

외국인등록증을 신청하고 발급 받기 전, 한국에서 출국한다면 학생비자로 다시 한국으로 입국할 수 없습니다. 

학교에서 발급해 드린 표준입학허가서 또한 비자를 1회만 받을 수 있는 비자서류로, 또 다른 표준입학허가서를 발행해 드릴 수 없습니다.

따라서, 이번에 성신여자대학교 표준입학허가서를 사용하여 비자를 취득하고 한국에 입국한 국제학생은 외국인등록증을 최대한 빨리 신청하고, 외국인등록증이 발급되기 전 한국에서 다른 나라로 출국하면 안됩니다.

만약, 반드시 출국해야 된다면 국제교류지원팀으로 반드시 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.

외국인등록증 발급 전 출국하여, 학업을 가능한 비자를 취득하지 못한다면 이번 2025학년도 1학기 입학은 취소될 수 있습니다.

如果您通过2025年诚信女子大学标准入学许可书在本国办理了学生签证并入境，请注意该签证是一次性签证。

在申请并领取外国人登录证之前，如果您离开韩国，是无法以学生签证再次入境的。

学校发给您的标准入学许可书也是只能使用一次的签证材料，学校无法重新开具另一份标准入学许可书。

因此，使用诚信女子大学标准入学许可书获取签证并已入境的国际学生，应尽快申请外国人登录证，在外国人登录证发放之前不能离开韩国。
