2026년 외국인 유학생 건강보험료 변경 안내

안녕하세요. 국제교류팀입니다.

국민건강보험공단 안내에 따라 2026년 외국인 유학생 건강보험료가 다음과 같이 변경되었으니 확인하시기 바랍니다.

■ 2026년 건강보험료

월 보험료: 79,320원

> D-2(유학), D-4(초중고생)은 입국일(최초 입국 시 외국인등록일)에 국민건강보험에 자동 가입됩니다.

> D-4(일반연수)는 입국일로부터 6개월이 경과한 날로 국민건강보험에 자동 가입됩니다.

■ 보험료 납부

매월 25일까지 납부

납부 방법: 자동이체, 가상계좌, 은행, ATM, 편의점 등

■ 건강보험 혜택

건강보험 가입 시 한국 국민과 동일한 의료 혜택을 받을 수 있습니다.

예) 

외래 진료비 약 40~70% 지원

입원 진료비 약 80% 지원 등

■ 유의사항

보험료를 납부하지 않을 경우 연체금이 부과될 수 있습니다.

장기 미납 시 비자 연장 등에 불이익이 발생할 수 있습니다.

Notice: 2026 National Health Insurance Fee for International Students

Dear International Students,

According to the National Health Insurance Service (NHIS), the monthly health insurance premium for international students in 2026 has been updated.

■ 2026 Health Insurance Premium

Monthly fee: 79,320 KRW

>D-2 (Student Visa), D-4 (Middle/High School Students): You will be automatically enrolled in the National Health Insurance on the day of entry (the day of initial entry or foreigner registration).

>D-4 (General Training Visa): You will be automatically enrolled in the National Health Insurance on the day that is 6 months after your date of entry.

■ Payment

Payment deadline: by the 25th of each month

Payment methods: bank transfer, automatic transfer, ATM, bank, convenience store, etc.

■ Benefits

Students enrolled in the National Health Insurance receive the same medical benefits as Korean citizens, including:

40–70% coverage for outpatient treatment

About 80% coverage for hospitalization costs

Late payments may result in late fees.

Long-term non-payment may affect visa extension or immigration status.
