국제학생의 학교 생활을 지원하고 다양한 교류 행사를 운영할 SISA 4기를 모집합니다!

1️⃣ 활동 내용

- 국제학생 대학생활 지원

- 자체 교류 행사 기획 및 운영 (국제학생 한국 입국 및 OT 지원, 워크샵, 취업교육, 문화체험, 성신 글로벌 페스티벌, 체육대회, 송별회 등)

2️⃣ 모집 일정

1차 서류 접수 시작: 6월 8일 (월)

1차 서류 접수 마감: 6월 21일 (일)

1차 서류 결과 발표: 6월 27일 (토)

2차 면접(비대면): 7월 1일(수), 7월 2일(목)

최종 결과 발표: 7월 8일 (수)

4기 임명식: 8월 4일 (화)

3️⃣ 모집 부서 및 인원:

1) 교류팀 (한국학생, 국제학생)

번역 (각종 콘텐츠 & 행사 대본 작성 및 번역) / 행사 진행 (행사 MC 담당, 당일 국제학생 소통 통번역) /  인스타그램 관리(게시글 및 Q&A 등 총괄)

2) 홍보팀 (한국학생)

홍보 포스터, 현수막 제작 / 행사 물품, 제작 및 발주 / 행사 영상 촬영 및 제작 / 인스타 카드뉴스, 릴스 제작

3) 총무팀 (한국학생)

엑셀 활용 예산안 작성 / 행사 필요 물품 구매 / 모집 및 만족도조사 구글폼 제작 / 회의록 작성

4) 기획팀 (한국학생) 

국제학생회 행사 및 프로그램 기획 / 결과보고서 작성 및 분석

※ 국제학생회 활동 중 제작, 기획된 모든 콘텐츠 및 결과물은 국제교류지원팀 및 학교의 기타 목적으로 활용될 수 있습니다. (예: 홍보물 디자인, 행사 자료, 사진, 영상 등)

🌐Recruitment for the 4th SISA International Student Association🌐

Hello, this is the Office of International Affairs at Sungshin Women’s University.

We are recruiting members for the 4th SISA, who will support international students in their campus life and organize various exchange events!

1️⃣ Activities

• Supporting international students in their university life

• Planning and operating exchange events
  Including support for international students’ arrival in Korea and orientation, workshops, career education, cultural experiences, Sungshin Global Festival, sports day, farewell ceremony, and more

2️⃣ Recruitment Schedule

• First-round application opens: Monday, June 8

• First-round application deadline: Sunday, June 21

• First-round results announcement: Saturday, June 27

• Second-round interview (online): Wednesday, July 1 and Thursday, July 2

• Final results announcement: Wednesday, July 8

• 4th SISA Appointment Ceremony: Tuesday, August 4

3️⃣ Recruiting Departments and Positions

1. Exchange Team Korean students and international students

• Translation: Writing and translating various content and event scripts

• Event hosting: Serving as MCs for events and providing interpretation/translation for communication with international students on event days

• Instagram management: Overseeing posts, Q&A, and related content

2. Promotion Team Korean students

• Creating promotional posters and banners

• Producing and ordering event goods and materials

• Filming and producing event videos

• Creating Instagram card news and Reels

3. Administration Team Korean students

• Preparing budgets using Excel

• Purchasing necessary event supplies

• Creating Google Forms for recruitment and satisfaction surveys

• Writing meeting minutes

4. Planning Team Korean students

• Planning international student council events and programs

• Writing and analyzing final reports

※ All content and outcomes produced or planned during SISA activities may be used by the Office of International Affairs and the university for other purposes.(Examples include promotional designs, event materials, photos, videos, and more.)
