성신여자대학교 대학일자리플러스센터에서는 학생들의 체계적인 취업 준비와 직무 역량 강화를 지원하기 위해 「현직자 직무 멘토링」 및 「취업 성공 스터디 STEP 2」 프로그램을 운영합니다.

전·현직 실무자의 직무 경험과 취업 노하우를 바탕으로 다양한 직무에 대한 이해를 높이고 실질적인 취업 전략을 준비할 수 있는 프로그램이오니, 관심 있는 학생들의 많은 참여 바랍니다.

1. 2026학년도 여름방학 졸업(예정)자를 위한 현직자 직무 멘토링 

전·현직 실무 부서장과 함께하는 소그룹 직무 멘토링 프로그램입니다.

희망 직무에 필요한 핵심 역량과 실무 내용을 알아보고, 직무 포트폴리오, 서류 및 면접 준비 Tip 등 맞춤형 취업 전략을 확인할 수 있습니다.

19:00 ~ 22:00, 회차별 3시간

※ 각 직무별 총 3회 진행
※ 멘토의 일정에 따라 일부 일정은 변경될 수 있습니다.

[University Job Plus Center] Recruitment for Summer 2026 Career Programs

The Sungshin Women’s University Job Plus Center is offering the Career Mentoring with Industry Professionals and Employment Success Study STEP 2 programs to support students in systematic career preparation and job competency development.

Through mentoring and lectures led by current and former industry professionals, students can gain a better understanding of various career fields and learn practical strategies for employment preparation.

Interested and eligible students are encouraged to apply.

1. Career Mentoring with Industry Professionals 

for Graduating and Expected-to-Graduate Students

This small-group mentoring program provides students with practical career guidance from current and former industry professionals.

Participants will learn about essential job competencies, actual job responsibilities, portfolios, and practical tips for resumes and interviews.

7:00 PM ~ 10:00 PM, 3 hours per session

※ Three sessions will be held for each career field.
※ Some schedules may be subject to change depending on mentor availability.

Senior students and graduates

※ Up to 10 participants per career field on a first-come, first-served basis
