[세종로출장소] 비예약 유학생 외국인등록 업무 일시 중단 안내

 

 

서울출입국·외국인청 세종로출장소에서 안내한 사항을 다음과 같이 공지드립니다.

 

유학생 개강 시즌을 맞아 비예약 유학생의 외국인등록 신청 방문이 급증함에 따라, 사무소 혼잡도 완화 및 원활한 민원실 운영을 위해 세종로출장소의 비예약 유학생 외국인등록 방문이 아래 기간 동안 제한됩니다.

 

1. 비예약 유학생 외국인등록 업무 중단 기간

2026. 3. 13.(금) ~ 2026. 4. 3.(금)

 

2. 안내사항

위 기간 동안 비예약 방문을 통한 외국인등록 업무는 처리 불가합니다.

방문예약 또는 단체접수를 통한 외국인등록 신청은 정상적으로 진행됩니다.

 

3. 비예약 외국인등록 업무 재개

2026. 4. 6.(월)부터 가능

 

세종로출장소 방문 예정인 학생들은 위 내용을 반드시 확인하여 헛걸음하는 일이 없도록 유의하시기 바랍니다.

Temporary Suspension of Walk-in Alien Registration Services for International Students (Sejongno Branch Office)

The following notice has been provided by the Sejongno Branch Office of the Seoul Immigration Office.

Due to a significant increase in walk-in applications for Alien Registration from international students during the beginning of the semester, the Sejongno Branch Office will temporarily restrict walk-in Alien Registration services for international students in order to reduce congestion and ensure smoother operation of the office.

 

1. Suspension Period for Walk-in Alien Registration (International Students)

March 13 (Fri), 2026 – April 3 (Fri), 2026

 

2. Important Information

During the above period, walk-in applications for Alien Registration will not be accepted.

However, the following application methods will continue to operate normally:

Online appointment reservations

Group applications arranged by institution

       3. Resumption of Walk-in Services Walk-in Alien Registration services will resume on April 6 (Mon), 2026.

Students planning to visit the Sejongno Branch Office are advised to carefully check this notice to avoid unnecessary trips.
