📢[안내] 2026 OASIS-3 지식재산권 출원 지원 2기 참여자 모집

KMAC 글로벌창업이민센터에서 외국인 기술창업자를 대상으로 법무부 지원 프로그램 「2026 OASIS-3 지식재산권 출원 지원」 2기 참여자를 모집합니다.

본 프로그램은 OASIS-1 및 OASIS-2 과정을 수료한 외국인 중 창의성과 사업성이 우수한 아이디어를 보유하고, 한국에서 기술창업 또는 창업이민을 준비하는 분들을 대상으로 지식재산권 출원 관련 맞춤형 지원을 제공하는 프로그램입니다.

한국에서 기술창업 또는 창업이민에 관심 있는 외국인 유학생들의 많은 관심과 참여 바랍니다.

□ 과정명: 지식재산권 출원 지원(OASIS-3) 2기

□ 운영목적: 지식재산권 소양교육(OASIS-1, 2) 우수 수료자 중 창의성과 사업성이 우수한 아이디어를 보유한 참가자를 대상으로, 특허, 실용신안, 디자인 출원 전반에 대한 맞춤형 지원 제공

□ 모집대상: OASIS-1 및 OASIS-2 과정을 수료하고, 국내에서 기술창업을 하고자 하는 합법 체류 외국인 중 창의성과 사업성이 우수한 아이디어 보유자

□ 지원분야: 특허, 실용신안, 디자인 출원 지원
※ 저작권 및 상표는 지원 대상에서 제외됩니다.

□ 모집기간: 2026/9/17(목) ~ 2026/10/4(일) 24:00까지

□ 지원방법: 아래 제출서류를 이메일로 제출

📢[Guide] Recruitment for the 2026 OASIS-3 Intellectual Property Application Support Program, 2nd Cohort

The KMAC Global Startup Immigration Center is recruiting participants for the government-supported “2026 OASIS-3 Intellectual Property Application Support Program,” 2nd Cohort, designed for foreign entrepreneurs.

This program provides customized support throughout the patent, utility model, and design application process for participants who have completed OASIS-1 and OASIS-2 and possess creative and commercially promising ideas for technology-based startups in Korea.

International students interested in technology startups or startup immigration in Korea are encouraged to apply.

□ Program Name: Intellectual Property Application Support, OASIS-3, 2nd Cohort

□ Objective: To provide customized support across the patent, utility model, and design application process for participants with creative and commercially promising ideas, selected from outstanding graduates of the Intellectual Property Literacy Courses, OASIS-1 and OASIS-2.

□ Eligibility: Legally residing foreign nationals who have completed both OASIS-1 and OASIS-2, intend to establish a technology-based startup in Korea, and possess creative and commercially promising ideas.

□ Supported Fields: Patent, utility model, and design applications
※ Copyright and trademarks are excluded from support.

□ Application Period: 2026/9/17(Thu) ~ 2026/10/4(Sun), until 24:00

□ Application Method: Submit the required documents by email.
