외국인등록증 신청 안내

1. 신청 대상자: 성신여자대학교 한국어학당 신입생 (D-4-1)

   ※ 입국일로부터 90일 이내 외국인 등록을 하지 않는 경우 과태료가 부과될 수 있습니다.

2. 주의사항

  가. 한국에 입국한 최초 비자는 1회성 비자이므로, 외국인등록증 수령 전 출국할 경우 한국에 다시 입국할 수 없습니다. 반드시 외국인등록증을 수령한 뒤에 최종 체류기간을 확인하고 출국 가능합니다.

  나. 외국인등록증, 비자연장, 자격변경, 체류지변경등 출입국사무소 업무 신청 후, 최종 심사가 완료되기 전에 출국할 경우 신청 내용이 자동 취소되고 수수료를 환불 받을 수 없습니다.

1. 제출서류 

  가. 통합신청서(양식과 작성방법은 첨부파일 확인) 

  나. 여권 (여권 사진 있는 첫 페이지, 비자 사본)

  다. 사진 1매(3.5cm x 4.5cm, 흰색 배경 사진/ 6개월 내 촬영한 증명사진)

  라. 재학증명서  (*성신관 1층 키오스크에서 발급 가능)

  마. 체류지 입증 서류 (계약서, 거주확인서, 기숙사 거주숙소 확인서 등)

  바. 사증발급확인서 (해당하는 경우) → https://www.visa.go.kr/  

  사. 발급수수료: 35,000원 (현금)

2. 신청방법

  가. 개인이 출입국사무소 방문하여 직접 신청(하이코리아 방문 예약 필요)

   - 운영 시간: 평일 09:00 ~ 18:00 (점심시간 12:00 ~ 13:00)

     * 대기시간이 길어질 수 있으므로 오후 5시 이전 방문을 권장합니다.

Alien Registration Card Application Guide

1. Eligible Applicants

 a. Foreign students currently enrolled at Sungshin International Education Institution

  ※ If you do not register within 90 days from the date of entry, a fine may be imposed.

2. Notes

 a. The initial visa issued upon entry to Korea is a single-entry visa. If you leave Korea before   receiving the Alien Registration Card, you cannot re-enter Korea. You must first receive the ARC,   check the final period of stay, and then you may travel abroad.

 b. If you leave Korea before the final review is completed after applying for ARC issuance, visa   extension, status change, or address change at the Immigration Office, the application will be   automatically canceled, and the fee will not be refunded.

 a. Integrated Application Form (see attached file for form and instructions)

 b. Passport (photo page with picture, visa copy)

 c. One photo (3.5cm × 4.5cm, white background, ID photo taken within the last 6 months)

 d. Certificate of Enrollment (*Can be issued at the kiosk on the 1st floor of Sungshin Hall)

 e. Proof of Residence (rental contract, residence confirmation, dormitory confirmation, etc.)

 f. Copy of Passport Visa Page or Certificate of Visa Issuance (if applicable)

 g. Application Fee: 35,000 KRW (Cash)
