Department of Political Science and Diplomacy sets its goal in training female professionals and leaders who can contribute the development of Korea and humankind by studying the theory and practice in political science with a view to explaining the political phenomena, which are indispensable for the formation and development of all societies. Furthermore, the department aims to educate female professionals who can represent Korea in the international community of the 21st century, an era of globalization and informatization, by inquiring into international politics in general and the issues related to the politics, foreign relations, economy, society, and culture in different countries.
