• 공모명: 글로벌 서울 아이디어 제안 숏폼 챌린지

• 접수기간: 2025. 10. 20.(월) ~ 11. 3.(월) 18:00 (KST 기준)

• 공모분야: 숏폼 영상 (24초 이상 ~ 71초 이내)

• 주제 (택1)
  ① 교통, 주거, 기후, 문화, 복지, 취업, 의료 등 생활밀착형 아이디어 제안
  ② 서울시 우수정책을 숏폼 형식으로 재해석한 홍보 콘텐츠

▪ 참가 자격

• 대한민국 거주 외국인 1인 이상 포함 필수 (개인 또는 팀 가능)

• 외국인: 외국인등록증 소지자

• 내국인도 참여 가능 (단, 반드시 외국인 1명 이상 포함)

• 팀 구성: 최대 4인

▪ 시상 규모

• 대상, 최우수상, 우수상, 장려상 등 총 9개 작품

▪ Overview

• Contest Name: Global Seoul Idea Short-form Challenge

• Submission Period: October 20 (Mon) – November 3 (Mon), 2025 (until 18:00 KST)

• Category: Short-form video (24–71 seconds)

• Theme (Choose one)
  ① Lifestyle improvement ideas in fields such as transportation, housing, climate, culture, welfare, employment, medical services, etc.
  ② Promotional short-form content reinterpreting Seoul’s excellent policies

▪ Eligibility

• Must include at least one foreign resident in Korea (individual or team)

• Foreign participants: must hold a valid Alien Registration Card

• Korean nationals may also participate, but teams must include at least one foreigner

• Team size: up to 4 members

▪ Awards

• Total of 9 prizes, including Grand Prize, First Prize, Excellence Prize, and Honorable Mention
